Returns Policy

If a product we supply has a fault or develops a fault within 12 months of receiving it.

You are protected by our 1 Year Guarantee. In the event we can't rectify the fault you can choose between a refund or free replacement.

If you change your mind

Unopened items can be returned for a refund up to 14 days from delivery.

You will need to pay for the postage for items that are not faulty.

We must receive returns within 14 days of issuing your returns number or the agreement may be affected.

Cancelling an order we have not yet shipped?

Once an order is placed it will not normally be possible to stop it from been shipped. However you are welcome to submit our contact form and where possible we will stop the order from been shipped .

Refunds when changing your mind

(Items must not be defaced and unopened)

Up to 14 days from receiving your order: Full refund of Product Cost

15-30 days from receiving your order: Product Cost less a 25% restocking fee

Over 30 days from receiving your order: No Refund. (Get in touch and we will see what we can do)

How to return a product

1 - Get a Returns Number

If you have an account:

Log into your account

Under the 'My Orders' heading click on the  'View Your Order History' link.

Select the order by clicking on the 'View' icon, then click on the 'Return This Item' icon adjacent to the product that you wish to return.

A form will appear that is pre-filled in with your details and the product details, all you have to do is add the reason for return and click next.

If you used a guest account:

submit our contact form giving the following info from your order: name, address, email, order number, phone number.

2 - Pack your item

Pack your items securely with suitable protection to prevent damage in transit and put the Returns Number and Returns address on it that we gave you. 

3 - Post it

Post it back to us within 14 days of receiving your returns number

(We recommend using a service with proof of delivery)

When sending your items back:

Please only include the items relating to the returns number. Do not include other items, as we will be unable to send them back to you.

Please do not send us items without a returns number. We can also only accept returns at the returns address given for your returns number.

Returns received without a valid returns number or received at the wrong address - Unfortunately we cannot spare the resources to investigate incorrectly returned items so regrettably they will be rejected and recycled.
